Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of last-minute cancellations due to force majeure (such as flight cancellations, severe weather conditions, or medical emergencies), a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original booking.
- The processing time for refunds may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- If a tour or activity is cancelled by Bien Cappadocia Travel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient participants, or operational reasons), customers will be offered either a full refund or an alternative tour.
Modification Policy
- Changes to booking dates or services are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- If the requested modification results in a price difference, customers will be required to pay the difference or receive a partial refund if the new service is of lower value.
